Zoom in the image viewer. Pinch, double-tap, or scroll to zoom into an image, and drag to pan when zoomed. On a phone the viewer fills the screen, centers the image, and keeps the close button clear of the notch.

Projects drag only from their row. Dragging inside an open project (its worktrees, sessions, or empty space) no longer moves the whole project. The same applies to folders.
The app stays fast with many sessions. Switching sessions or finishing a run now refreshes only the affected worktree, not every session list of every project. The cross-project session list no longer reads archived worktrees. Sidebar rows re-render only when one of their own sessions changes, not on every tool event of any session.
Session lists load faster. Splitkick keeps each session's list entry in memory and parses its metadata file again only when the file changes. Before, every refresh parsed the full run history of every session.
Git status checks no longer rewrite the projects file. A status sweep saves a worktree only when its counts changed, not once per worktree on every sweep.
