Fixed

• Claude never loses the conversation after a cancel. The z.22 fix was not enough: a new conversation only got its id once Claude answered, so a turn cancelled before any output left the session with no id, and the next turn started from zero. Splitkick now picks the Claude session id itself and saves it before Claude starts. Every Claude turn either resumes that id or starts a conversation under it.
